Tuition and Aid
The rigor and personal attention we bring to the Dominican learning experience also applies to making your education affordable. Dominican’s tuition is below the national average for four-year private colleges and universities, and 100% of incoming freshman and transfer students receive some form of financial aid. We participate in federal and state grant, loan and employment programs. We also maintain our own substantial grant programs as well as employment programs for students with financial need. Students are considered for all programs for which they are eligible. Aid is provided in the form of grants, loans, scholarships and student employment.
Aid eligibility is determined by an evaluation of the (FAFSA). Dominican University's code is 001750.
To be eligible for federal or state aid, students must be United States citizens or permanent residents. To remain eligible for financial aid, students must maintain satisfactory academic progress and continue to demonstrate need on financial aid applications submitted annually.
